Thus, can be renamed. or the content about mods added, but its already existen in some other places related specifically to mods.

Actually... almost every section mentions its own set of utilities.

This could be made more general, something in the lines of:

Graphic editors

3d Modelling software

Uv Mapping

etc etc

for specific stuff related to units, maps, mods, a separated page could be created.
