Classic Pincer
The classic pincer is precisely what it sounds like, the very common tactic of taking two groups and catching your foe between them. It has the disadvantage of diluting your strength by splitting your units, counterbalanced against the fact that an assault from both sides will be considerably harder to react to effectively.
Best used when you already have a small numeric advantage and can successfully hide your units as they approach.
