ADVANTAGES
- Good defenses
- Conscripts are cheaper, and build quick
- Regulars are good fighters
- Can capture enemy resource buildings
- Powerful helicopters
DISADVANTAGES
- Tessarin have specialist anti-defense units
- Conscripts are crap in combat
- Regulars take a while to build
- Helicopters can be taken down easily by enemy AA and aircraft
- Forces split between conscripts and regulars
- Crap economy
- Least powerful weaponry
- Least mobile tanks (the Psychasi tanks hover and the Tessarin tanks are amphibious)
